PILATES : An Exercise In Practicing What You Reach

Mon Petits, all the non stop fashion events I have attended in the past week has involved caloric intake whether via Champagne or tiny yet deadly versions of comfort food. With that being said it's time to incorporate a high impact fitness regime that will sculpt my body to perfection. In comes the legendary Mari Winsor, fitness guru and creator of Winsor Pilates the physically vigorous, intellectually stimulating program that has transformed thousands of lives (and physiques). My current fave DVD is the mari winsor PILATES (GAIAM) you will strengthen your body, increase energy and balance, and gain flexibility with the two 40 minute work outs. The instruction is thorough and inspirational; the practice is fast and flowing and with just a few minutes a day you will be happy and fit - let's toast to that!
